After kindly holding the vw fo for us to visit due to the distance we were prepared to travel we were not impressed. Drove from Southampton to view a vehicle to find obvious accident damage to nearside wing after being told it was a straight car. After being told he bought it like it we walked away . Disappointed.

Sorry you weren't satisfied with the Fox, it hadn't been involved in an accident and since sold. All our cars are checked before hand and if they have been involved in an accident previously it is clearly stated on the advert and we would relay this information again before purchase. I purchased the car online. It was exactly as described. Drove to the south of France the next day and it didn't miss a beat. Very easy transaction will use again.

Recently bought a vehicle from A & M, very friendly & helpful. Allowed me as much time as a wanted to check the vehicle over, responded sensibly to a couple of issues I noticed (not major). No pressure whatsoever but was available to answer any questions. All the paperwork was to hand which I was able to check at my leisure. I bought the car and he even picked me up from the train station the next day when I came to collect it. Would highly recommend.

In June 2017, I bought a VW Passat estate with full service history from A&M Cars. At first I was apprehensive. The salesman who's name I can't remember (I think it was Shaw?) was the most helpful car sales person I have ever met. I drove 90 miles to see this car so I was very pleased to find out it was exactly as advertised and in very good condition. He allowed me as much time as I needed to thoroughly check the car and test drive it as far as I needed. The transaction was quick and easy. He was honest open and very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone. I don't normally write such reviews, but I feel he is worth it.

Easy to deal with. Very friendly and welcoming. No pressure to buy. Offered a drink while we were signing the paperwork. If I needed another car I would go to this place again. Highly recommend. :)

If you want to deal with honest genuine people selling good quality used cars with out any B.S. well priced and good condition . I wish i had saved a lot of time and gone there first,I will next time I am ready for another car.
